today is christmas day.but then it feel likes a sunday.oh wait that's cause it is a sunday.hrmok.
christmas eve was good, everyone was over for dinner it was funn with lots of food and presents. i love christmas.

hrm ok..i was a YA! camp from the 9th to the 11th.was tiring but enriching all at the same time. then on the 12th was the first day of OGL camp.but its not stayover =( oh well.but its been really really fun so far.the mass dance is fun! whooo.hahaha.plus games and cheering and all that stuff..today is supposed to be the last day of OGL camp but i'm not there beacause i'm going to malacca.for youth retreat.yepyep..wish i was there though to DANCE and play games and go crazy and then make everyone have the MISCONCEPTION that i'm weird but still NOT be allowed to join the weirdo.com club.SIGH.

yesterday! shuyi+evan+me at SICC but there was absolutely NO sun.and the water was not nicely warm but cold.but nvm shuyi and i [being brave] went into the pool while evan just kept dry and read shuyi's intellectual magazine.
since there was no sun..and since we had lunch.we left SICC early and went to town.

the weather was rather nice for a walk around town.despite the many people.
so we set off! from heeren.to paragon.to far east.back to paragon and finally to whisma.

we went to eat at food republic [the hippest coolest place to be]
scrumptious dim sum to fill our stomachs as well as evan's err soup thing.
oh yes and xiaoloong came to join us.

after that evan, loong and i cabbed down to clark quay.to gotham
where we watched august star, set for glory and west gran boulevard perform.it was rockiinn' hahah
except that august star wasn't that great..but their new so ya..the guy from set of glory was yummily hot.and their music is not bad toooo
WGB was great too.. really enjoyed their performance!
oh yes except for the sometimes not so nice and abit annoying screaming girlies.but ooh wells
and then we all headed home.evan and i to the mrt, xiaoloong to wait for his parents.
BUT THEN
when evan was about to board her train we both remembered at the same time that i left my very important pocky package with loongz.
SO
i called him and called him again and he finally picked up...and then i went out of the mrt to go and retrieve the all important pocky package from loongz.
it was tiring and scary to walk through the long passageway down to the mrt station alone.i was half running i think.

but i enjoyed the gig! i don't think i would have enjoyed the afterparty as much though.wohoo.one standard drink.orangejuice??

i am now eating a plate of fruits after a nice subway lunch and cookie of course.and it got me thinking on how i must be a very very very weird dinosaur because i like to eat fruits.right now i am looking at dragonfruit, plum, orange and pear.
dragonfruit is understandable since its an exotic fruit carefully crafted and grown by a close relative..the dragon.naturally being a dinosaur i have to appreciate the labour of my relatives' hands[i.e. the dragons] anyhow i like the taste of dragon fruit.

promos results are back! gawd..when walking to our base classes in the morning i really felt like puking.every fear seemed to be stagnant in my throat coming out of my mouth.and when we went back to our base classes it was another agonizing wait for the teachers to come.horrible.oh wells.

oh! i'm so proud of my project work group! we managed to nice bind 2 copies of our written report, plus burn the cd.hahah felt so accomplished when i went to hand it in.hehehe.now its left with I&R [quoting michael "thats the thing that brendan REFUSES to do"] and oral presentation to do.then its DONE with project work

i think all my past chinese teachers should be so proud of me at this moment.i got B3 for chinese.now i just hope i can pass my chinese AO's on the 31st. =]

national day parade was really weird.like the emcees kept shouting into the mic it was really quite hard to hear them.instead they looked like a bunch of monkeys jumping around.but one must admit that it isn't an easy job emcee-ing in front of all those people.
some fireworks could be seen from the window of my house.but those fireworks were coming from jurong east,hence less powerful than the padang ones,hence kinda low and hard to see and not very nice.
obviously the heartland locations cannot outshine what was happening at the padang so i guess the we had to settle for the not-so-powerful-and-kinda-far-away fireworks.

its friday!! my err LETS START STUDYING FOR PROMOS NOW plan is not really working out that well.actually its not working at all.but i still know that i do not have all the time in the world before promos.and i can't afford to screw it up/like i did my mid terms.sooo..[silent resolution]

came back from camp yesterday.came back at 6..unpacked my bagg..went to bathe..lay down on my bed and fell asleep at 7..without eating dinner and without brushing teeth..hahah. no idea why i was soooo tired.felt like i used up all my energy during the camp..ahaha.but it was fun.really fun.a different experience from the last 2 years.i guess every year is something new. =] to see the confirmands change[no matter how slight the change] and to see them learn to slowly open up to God,gives me a great sense of joy.i felt like God could really use me.and i was happy and willing to do his work [= i love <3 the rest of the facils.they are truly God sent and they played a huge gigantic part in making this camp such a successful and enjoyable one.and i love love <3> damien lanxi jiahui,cause were a great pleasure to work with and great fun too.except damien.ok no he rocks! i just forgot to write that down on his file [= despite the fact that he made fun of me,poured water[not water bombs lorh]water all over me,spinned me round and round till my heart nearly dropped,he still rocks! [and he loves his nicely decorated file] thanks for everything lanxi jiahui damien [=

this camp may have been a camp for the confirmands but in all ways it was a camp for me as well.i learnt new things from the other facils and the confirmands.i learnt to get in touch with God once again and i learnt to trust in his plan because he has his mighty ways of doing things.

isn't it amazing.how sometimes you give someone the benefit of the doubt..choose to think of the person as better than they really are.and then when they fail to live up to your perceptions its like surprise surprise..

you know what, i thought you were stronger than this.i thought you would rise up above the situation and become a stronger person.afterall what can you not do?you excel in everything that you put your mind to.you are a high achiever.you never settle for anything less than the best.so why can't you handle your emotions and feelings in a way that a young adult would..not in a way that an angsty teenager would.

teehee..finally the weekend is HERE.i needed a break from school man.school is like so overpowering.its suffocating sometimes the effect of lessons and homework on top of training and matches.so whoever came up with the idea of weekends was a very sane human being who realised that human power is expandable only to a certain extent.

was supposed to wake up early and go to school for tennis and touch rug.but since i'm tired almost all the time nowadays i couldn't get up.haha.ROAR.

today was michelle's [pam's sister] wedding...the sweetest and most beautiful thing ever.the union of 2 persons in marriage. =]

stayed over at evan's house last night..and went suppering at chomp chomp with yuan loongzzz,bobby,kenneth,thadd.whooo glorious food!those lousy poks when running first and lost like half their appetite by the time they ran to chomps.haha

slept at like 2 plus woke up at 8 to get ready..

and evan and i reached chijmes soooo early there was like no one around.hahaha
then we had to stand like at the entrance to the chapel and give out door gifts..which were really cute nice little pink bags..for the ladies only of course..

the wedding ceremony was really really nice..it was very meaningful..i mean u could just tell michelle and douglas really love each other and their so happy cause their getting married.and the exchanging of vows..sweettt.haha evan and i were sitting there and going uh sighhh so sweet.
and of course now more than ever [not like she didn't want to before this anyway] evan wants to get married.hhahaha..

but marriage is a scary thing.imagine spending about 50 odd years with the same person stuck with the same person despite whatever faults you may discover about that person you gotta stick to that person for as long as you live [that's part of the marraige vows "...for as long as we both shall live"]
and what if the person you're marrying isn't someone you really love..but someone you can live with..is practical for you to marry..is a realistic choice..

went to SGH to see my grandmama..she suffered a minor stroke and so had to be admitted.hmm going to see her just got me thinking that we will all one day grow old,that we came into this world helpless and we are to leave this world helpless.

back from camp.hmm it wasn't that bad.like i thought it would have been.the physical was bearable and the sun was shining like nobody's business but still we all made it through.hmm..had quite alot of funn..

i really like the tennis team.it feels good to belong to a team and know that you're part of a team training hard with a common goal in mind..i know that most prob i can't make it to main seven but i wanna get my butt into first eleven.and giving up may seem like the easy way out right now and no doubt it has crossed my mind a thousand and one times but inside me i know that the sport i love is tennis.

oh on tuesday night we had a night out went to PS for dinner and to watch a movie.which unfortunately happened to be boogyman.gosh.i think in total i only watched five minutes of the show.the rest of the time was spent inside my hoodie and trying not to freak out cause people around me were screaming and the noises were horrifying..my goodness.i don't wanna watch scary shows ever.i think that was like the second scary show i've ever been to..the first one being sixth sense.hahha

yeah yeah i won the bet with kenneth.hahaha.i didn't complain during camp.not during physical not when we had to wake up at 630 to run,not when we had to do four balls in the hot sun,not when i could have been to family camp having fun with everyone there.ROAR.at least i didn't complain to kenneth,complained inside my head.but i still won.HAHA.HAHA.

talked to szeliang on the way back just now.and hmmm.i'm gonna train my butt off now.even though he didn't say much but what he said really made an impact on me and i'm really thankful i have him as a team mate and that we're in the same school again.so cool.hahha.but yeah i don't care if i have no talent in tennis,but at the end of the day i wanna know and i wanna be able to say to myself that i have put in my best and that i have given my 110%.i don't wanna dissapoint anyone and i don't wanna dissapoint myself.i may think of giving up tomorrow,the day after or some time soon while training.but i won't.cause that's not how i'm gonna live my life.at the end of the day i may not see any results from training,and i may never be able to represent ac.but i still wanna train.in the end i may be some looser who puts in twice as much effort as other people and yet they still play better than me.but i still wanna train.SO THIS IS MY RESOLUTION,and i don't care if its damn stupid.CAUSE ITS MY RESOLUTION.hahaha.

just came back from superstar virgo =]

had a super fun time.on friday when i was in school pam called me and asked me whether wanna go cruise to nowhere with her dad her and evanggg.heh.and i was super excited.after school rushed home and packed in a super rush..so stressful.haha! then want to pam's place then her mum drove us to WTC.whoo! then we boarded the ship which was super big.our room was like 1/9999999th the size of the ship.but it was a nice cosy hole.hahaha!

ermmm.when i switched on my camera it died on me.the battery went flatt!cause i had no time to charge it also la.but nvm evan and pam had their digis so gotta wait for them to uplooad the pics and send it to mee..pam will probably take forever to do it..sighhh.heh

my pod is in the service centre!! hahah.they are giving me a brand new one.but its not ready yet.ahah.but i still had music [thank goodness] cause some very very kind soul lent me his zen micro.heh heh.and i took very very very good care of it.. =]

so anyway.left on friday night and docked at about 11 this morning.damn shiok la just eat and eat and eat..its like food paradise.and you see all the old aunties with that damn damn greedy look on their faces eating and piling their plates high with food and probably going to gamble in the casino.hahha.oh and we went to swim the sun was hot like dunno what.and some old chee ko guy bought three coconuts for us..but it was damn freaky and damn hilarious and we faster zhaoed.haha! and we went to the gymmm..went for kick boxing..super fun la..the instructor like held up a towel in his hand at one part and we kick the towel then when i kicked he was like you kick just like a guy! haha..opps.hahah then he gave us power abs workout too..wahhhh power abbss..hahaha

but i had a great time mainly because i spent it with evan and pam =] love them to bits

and on international waters the phone has no reception so it was a very good break from everything ahhaa =] but now i'm bacckk.

so freaky.i never felt like i was going to burst and explode and puke all at the same time before.i felt like taking a bloody knife and piercing my heart with it so the whole agonizing wait would just end..but than i would never have known my results.heh

did better than prelims so i'm pretty satisfied yup.but was damn stoned when i saw my results la..dunno why..haha and the best part was after all the excitement died down and on the way out of sc i decided to count my results incase mrs see made a mistake in counting and i was like "oh my GOSH.i got 10!" then luckily dear evan counted properly for me and as it was i got the results i got not 10.haha

oh yes.i failed higher chinese.again.got E8.when am i ever gonna pass?!!!! and now i have to go and take chinese in JC which sucks like hell cause chinese in JC really sucks and is really pointless and i really really really wish i studied ABIT more for higher chinese so i could have gotten a C6! ROAR!

anyway thanks to everyone who's been giving me support in one way or another and being there for me when i was freaking my guts out about results and all that.and thanks to everyone who cared enough to call and ask how i did and all.yup really appreciate it.

but most of all this was entirely God's doing.as my mum said she was worried for me cause she felt that i hadn't studied as hard as i should have for this exam and i myself felt very unsure about how i did.it was only through God's grace that i obtained my results and i am soooo grateful.i know he has a plan, a very special plan for each and every one of us.

ROARRRRRRRR! results are coming out tomorrow..i feel so unprepared to take that piece of paper in my hands and open it to see what is going to decide my fate for the next 2-3 years.
i keep visualizing myself opening it, seeing that its really bad and not up to my expectations, burst out in tears and go into depression.hahahaha! ok i should really stop thinking now.hmm maybe i should think about more general and stupid things like should i go to school tomorrow or not

yesterday was evan's birthday and she bought me lunch at pete's place.YUM.we were so full.and she made me pierce my cartilage! ok fine..she didn't make me..but she was a huge factor in my decision to pierce it.HAHA.my mum left singapore for a nice holiday and when she comes back she finds i have yet another hole in my ear..HOHO.anyway i love evan..hahah she is finally same age as me.and i'm going to be 17 in like less than 2 months time..and she's just turned 16..hahahha. =)

today is a stay home day..anyway past 2 days been going out..

i wanna watch ocean's TWELVE. [but there's a flip side..i HAVE to watch with shuyi..cause i watched ocean's eleven with her so now she says i have to watch ocean's twelve with her..she doesn't give me a choice..SIGH she was so fierce! hahahahah...and if there's a sad part during the movie and i start crying..shuyi is going to laugh at me!!!]

i went to the krusty crab[krab] and ate all the crabby patties there.and then i went ROAR.and all the fish screamed and ran away.and mr krabs looked at me and gave me a lecture on how "all these customers are his money and all that wasted food is his money and how TIME IS MONEY!" but i just said "ROAR" and he muttered and cursed under his breath and walked away.

spongebob was really friendly but then i think what people say is true.its all sponge nothing else.sometimes i wish i could knock some sense into him and then i realise he never had any to start with.

so anyway all the crabby patties tasted really good but it really wasn't enough so i had to eat patrick.of course spongebob was devestated[devastated?] but after i told him i'll be his bestfriend he cheered up.

and we sang the campfire song together..OOOHHHH C-A-M-P-F-I-R-E-S-O-N-G SONG oh!

while spongebob is out there jellyfishing i'm trying to think of the best way to eat a sponge.marinate it?add spices?barbeque it?so many ways and only one sponge! bah.

i am backkkkk.from wonderland.HAHAHA.erm ok one thing i realised.i load pics onto my comp but i'm lazy to post them on the web.and somemore the comp is a laggy machine.not the best for loading up pics.hahaha.erm..australia was greattt..but one week there is just nice..too long and i'll get bored too short and i'll not have enough.ahh.hahha..the plane trips were ok.i did not sit beside any weird people thankfully.

on the way there i sat beside this elderly couple..and they were really nice..like i went to the toilet when the incoming immigration cards were being given out.and when i went back to my seat they asked me whether i wanted one and said i could have theirs first.so i took it and happily filled in all my details and everything and when they asked for more cards for themselves there was no more left in the plane! i felt really bad but i already wrote stuff down on my card..hahhaha...

u know what i like about aussie girls.whether they are fat or thin..have a flattering body or not they all dress like they are all hot stuff! and cause of that they are all hot stuff! but lace is like very in fashion there.and i don't really like lacey things.makes you look indecent i think.and mini skirts are really mini..like might as well just wear underwear.hahhaa.and low cut show off boobs tops are really low.hahaha.its a different culture la i guess/ but australian girls are hOT and pretty and australian guys are eye candy.hahha.

and their beaches are oh so bootifool...i think it should be a super main tourist attraction their beaches..ahha
